The work schedule allows you to concentrate on school for most of the year and boost your income at the end of the year:
  • Fall - Work full-time from September through early January. You'll be scheduled 40 hours a week, plus overtime if required.

  • Spring and Summer - Work part-time. You'll be scheduled 20-29 hours a week. Your manager will work with you to determine a work schedule that fits your class schedule. Morning, afternoon, and evening hours are available.

As long as you work the required number of hours at Humana and receive a "C" or better, your class tuition is paid. We even pick up the tab for summer and e-learning classes. You're responsible only for books, housing, and other course fees.
