Qualifications – Graduate Recruits

You've done well in school, which certainly speaks to your ability to learn – but we really love your entrepreneurial spirit, leadership experience, and can-do attitude.

Ideal candidates in the Graduate Recruit track of the Infusion program typically share the following characteristics:

• Coming directly from a top school - with a relevant post-graduate degree (MBA, MPH, MHA) and a record of leadership and academic success
  
  
• Three years of work experience - before beginning graduate school
  
  
• Strong - written, oral, and interpersonal skills
  
  
• Commitment to innovative - thought and making a difference

Summer Internships

Here's your chance to give us a three-month test drive. Most graduate interns are based in Louisville, though some land positions in other Humana markets. All get free housing. Our MBA/graduate summer interns receive the following:

• Leadership Interaction - Attend interactive lunches with company executives and community leaders
  
  
• Developmental Sessions - Participate in a series of development sessions, including a dynamic 2-day business simulator offsite
  
  
• Mentorship - Be partnered with a Humana leader as a mentor
  
  
• Networking Opportunity- Join fellow MBA/graduate interns for social activities, including an outing at the Humana Suites at Churchill Downs and Slugger Field
