“It is great to have an automatic social network of more than 30 recent college graduates – and access to the many more associates who joined the company in recent years through the Infusion program. Having this social network from the beginning made the transition from undergrad life to the life of a young professional much easier!”

Summer Internships
Every summer, Humana invites a select number of undergraduate students to participate in our Infusion summer internship program. During these paid internships, you will have an opportunity to gain real-world work experience and to give us a three-month test-drive. In addition to your on-the-job experience, you'll be able to participate in Infusion development and networking programs, and will be matched up with a Humana mentor. Free housing is also provided for all summer interns.
We are currently seeking students who are pursuing degrees in a variety of majors to support opportunities across our business. Infusion participants are considered based on their high academic performance, career goals, work experience, and leadership experience in an academic and/or professional environment.
