Consumers can turn to their password-protected, personal page on Humana.com for assessments, tracking tools, healthy recipes, drug information, and discounts. The MyHumana Health Centers for men, women, children, and seniors provide practical information about preventive care and common health issues. Members with specific problems such as diabetes or asthma can visit Condition Centers that focus on diagnosis, treatment, and managing the condition. There's something for everyone on MyHumana.

Humana Health Assessment

This online, confidential lifestyle questionnaire gives members immediate feedback about their health risks and steps they can take to be healthier. Members receive a personalized health report and customized links. Because the assessment is fully integrated with Humana’s Health Resources, it promotes participation in programs such as HumanaBeginnings^®, Personal Nurse^®, and disease management.

Preventive reminders

These proactive, targeted campaigns deliver messages about topics such as mammography screenings and immunizations. Messages are delivered in a variety of ways, including Voice-Activated Technology (VAT), mailers and postcards, and e-mails.

Wellness calendar program

Employers can elect to receive a monthly electronic package with a poster, flyers, educational articles, and other items to distribute to employees. The pieces promote tools available to employees and stress the importance of lifestyle choices. Each month focuses on a different wellness topic.
