Preventive care keeps you healthy, prevents illness, and detects diseases in their early stages, making them easier to treat. To encourage members to take part in preventive health care, Humana has produced a Preventive Services Guide for its members. This guide lists the preventive services that are covered under their plan, such as screenings, immunizations, and certain types of counseling.
