Humana Group Medicare is offering a formal on-line training program for all group brokers who are interested in marketing Humana Group Medicare Advantage products to employer and union groups. This training is required by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), therefore, Humana is not permitted to provide Group Medicare proposals to brokers until they have completed the training program successfully. In the meantime, your Humana Group Medicare Consultant must be present to conduct presentations to prospects and current clients.

Brokers who have been pre-identified will or may have already received an email from GroupMedicareSales@humana.com with the requirement details and instructions for accessing and completing this training.

New brokers who wish to receive proposals should contact their local Humana Sales Representative or Group Medicare Consultant. Additionally, we will identify new brokers throughout the quoting and contracting/appointment process. These brokers will receive an email notification of the requirements and confirmation as to when they will be able to access and complete this training.
