Broker Late Pay Notice Change
Humana is pleased to announce the elimination of the monthly Broker Late Pay Notice via USPS effective Sept. 1, 2011, as we continue to support the Go Green paperless campaign. Humana is committed to providing you with near real time impending group termination updates and directs you to access this valuable information via the broker portal at Humana.com (registration is required).
- Log in at Humana.com
- Select "Quote, Enroll & Manage"
- Under "Manage", select "View late pay notices"
All late paying customers will be listed on this site. If a group is no longer displayed, it means:
- All required premiums and fees (if required) have been paid; or
- The group's coverage has been terminated.
Beginning in September, you will receive an email for 6 months, imbedded with the link to the Login Page for easy access. Please make sure to save in your "favorites" as this email is temporary.
