HumanaVitality now available for 100+ groups in CO, FL, KY, and TN
HumanaVitalitySM is a new wellness and rewards program that will be included with Humana medical plans. It's a program like no other because it is personalized for each member and is designed to make health and wellness fun for everyone.
This new HumanaVitality program will be included with 100+ Humana medical plans with July 1 or later effective dates of coverage:
- For groups quoted as of 5/27 in Colorado
- For groups quoted as of 6/10 in Kentucky*
- For groups quoted as of 6/23 on Florida and Tennessee
* In Kentucky, HumanaVitality only available with HMO, POS, and PPO medical plans.
Helping to improve health
It starts with an interactive website that provides an easy-to-use health assessment. The results provide suggestions for health improvements.
Finally, members get rewarded Vitality Points for exercising, losing weight, stopping tobacco use, and much more. Their accumulated points can be redeemed for rewards, such as, movie tickets, music downloads, name-brand electronics, and apparel.
And accessing the rewards site is completely integrated into MyHumana on Humana.com.
