HumanaVitalitySM is a new wellness and rewards program that will be included with Humana Medical plans. It's a program like no other because it is personalized for each member and is designed to make health and wellness fun for everyone.

This new HumanaVitality program will be included with all NEW Humana medical plans with July 1 or later effective dates of coverage. As groups renew beginning July 1, HumanaVitality will be added to their medical plans.
Note: HumanaVitality is not available in AL, CA, CO, FL, NC, NE, OK, SC, and TX. In addition, HumanaVitality is not available in IN, KY, and TN for groups with 100 or more employees. (As of 5/20)
Helping to improve health
It starts with an interactive website that provides an easy-to-use health assessment. The results provide suggestions for health improvements.
Members get rewarded Vitality Points for exercising, losing weight, stopping tobacco use, and much more. Their accumulated points can be redeemed for rewards, such as movie tickets, music downloads, name-brand electronics, and apparel.
And accessing the rewards site is completely integrated into MyHumana on Humana.com.
