AZ, GA, MS, TN - Here Comes the Breakthrough Way for your Clients to Start Improving Their Health for HumanaOne Plans
HumanaVitalitySM is a new program wellness and rewards program that will be included with HumanaOne medical plans. It's a program like no other because it is personalized for each member and is designed to make health and wellness fun for everyone.
Starting soon
This new HumanaVitality program will be included with all NEW HumanaOne major medical plans in Arizona, Georgia, Mississippi, and Tennessee with an effective date of July 1 or later:
- Quoting begins now for July 1 effective dates in Arizona, Georgia, Mississippi and Tennessee
- Members can begin using HumanaVitality at MyHumana starting July 1
- Existing members in these states will receive the HumanaVitality program at renewal starting with Sept. 1 renewals for Arizona and Tennessee; and Oct. 1 renewals for Georgia and Mississippi

Helping to improve health
It starts with an interactive website that provides an easy-to-use health assessment. The results provide suggestions for health improvements.
Members get rewarded Vitality Points for exercising, losing weight, stopping tobacco use, and much more. Their accumulated points can be redeemed for rewards, such as movie tickets, music downloads, name-brand electronics, and apparel.
And accessing the rewards site is completely integrated into MyHumana on Humana.com.
