New Humana Level Term Life product available in Illinois
Humana Term Life is available for quoting, with July 1, 2011, effective dates of coverage for groups with five or more employees in Illinois.
Plan Highlights:
- Level term life insurance for 10 or 20 years, and protection is offered through age 80
- Benefit levels from $10,000 to $300,000
- Coverage can be continued to age 80, and renews for each level term period without evidence of insurability
- Benefits may also be available for your spouse and children
- Portable
Note: Critical Illness Acceleration Optional Benefit is not available. The Aegis product will no longer be available for new sales after May 31, 2011.
