To optimize efficiency, the Kanawha Insurance Company workplace voluntary benefits billing team at Humana has realigned its associates by state. In addition, the billing department added personnel in order to reduce workloads and improve customer service.
If one of your groups is assigned to a custom billing representative, the individual listed below for that state will be able to provide you with the name and contact information of the assigned billing representative.
All active groups impacted by this change will receive letters from the billing representative that will contain contact information. Invoices generated to each group will also include the billing representative name and contact information.
