Humana's RightSource® pharmacy expands offerings

Our highly-rated mail-order pharmacy now sells to non-Humana members.

RightSource®, Humana's mail-order pharmacy, now sells directly to consumers who are not current members of a Humana health plan.

Diabetic supplies, including meters, test strips, lancets, lancing devices, and control solutions, are now available to order through RightSource® to those enrolled in Part B or Original Medicare. A national direct marketing campaign launched the new product line on Aug. 15.

As Humana looks toward the future, we are continually evaluating our business opportunities. This is just one way RightSource® can continue to grow and enhance offerings as well as help people achieve lifelong well-being.

Television, print, and direct mail advertisements urge consumers to call for a free testing meter and one of two diabetes book offers.

Remind your clients that RightSource® is among the highest-rated mail-order pharmacies, according to the J.D. Power and Associates 2010 U.S. National Pharmacy Study. It received the survey's highest ranking in customer satisfaction for delivery performance.

In its 5-year history, the pharmacy has filled more than 40 million prescriptions. With this new offering, Humana will be extending its Perfect Service beyond our current membership.
