No Worry is a three-year partnered approach among Humana, brokers, employers, and employees designed to deliver healthier outcomes and long-term claims cost control.
How No Worry works
No Worry is currently available to businesses with 51-99 employees1. Employers select a No Worry package. Each medical package contains a predetermined product for years one, two, and three. Each package gradually moves employees toward a consumer-driven product design at a comfortable pace.
Employer agrees to promote the Humana Health Assessment to employees as well as provide Humana with employee phone numbers and e-mail addresses. With this information, Humana helps enhance the health and productivity of employees through programs and services of Humana's Health Resources.
Humana's guarantee
Humana guarantees the annual rate increase for medical will not exceed 6 percent in the second and third years2. Plus, add dental and the annual rate increase for dental will not exceed 2.9 percent in years two and three2. Add basic life and there will be no annual rate increase for life in the second and third years2.
Humana works to ensure No Worry success
Humana supports employers every step of the way and will:
- Guarantee renewal increase rate caps in exchange for a three-year commitment.
- Help enhance the health and productivity of employees through programs and services of Humana's Health Resources.
- Provide communication and engagement tools to help turn passive users into smart healthcare consumers.
- Build long-term relationships with employer and employees.
1 Available to employers with 36-99 eligible employees in Louisiana, and 26-99 in Tennessee. In Wisconsin, available in all counties not in the Milwaukee Coalition area; in coalition counties, groups must be coalition members.
