Package of plans

The employer offers a set of two or three plans – including a Personal Care Account PPO or High Deductible Health Plan – from which employees choose an option that fits their preferences. Employers can also offer optional benefits such as dental insurance and, depending on group size, Flexible Spending Accounts.

PPOs with standard copayment or standard coinsurance
High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with a Health Savings Account
Personal Care Account (PCA) PPO
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
