SmartExpress brings Humana’s integrated model of choice, guidance, and employee engagement to 2-299 size groups.

Package of plans

The employer offers a set of two or three plans – including a Personal Care Account PPO or High Deductible Health Plan – from which employees choose an option that fits their preferences. Employers can also offer optional benefits such as dental insurance and, depending on group size, Flexible Spending Accounts.

Choose a package of health benefits

Your options may include:

  • PPOs with standard copayment or standard coinsurance

  • High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with a Health Savings Account

  • Personal Care Account (PCA) PPO

  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
