Humana offers Administrative Only Services (ASO) for self-funded dental benefits management. For a nominal fee, we administer the plan for your client, using the same efficient processes and sophisticated claims processing that we do with our fully insured plans.
Third-party administration
Employees can take advantage of one of the nation’s largest dental PPO networks when client’s third-party administrator contracts with HumanaDental to rent our dental network. This means employees will have access to dentists nationwide and benefit from the discounted fees we have negotiated with our network dentists.
The third-party administrator processes claims and handles all other administrative functions, as well as adjusts payments based on our fee schedule.
