Voluntary Accident Coverage

Workplace voluntary accident coverage provides supplemental on- or off-the-job coverage.

Benefits are paid regardless of other coverage, including primary health insurance, that's in force. Some voluntary accident products can be both a reimbursement and an indemnity policy - expense reimbursements are paid for actual charges or up to the maximum amount stipulated in the plan.
