New rules for employee information on Humana.com and Humanadental.com

A login in screen is now required to protect your employees' Humana healthcare information.

On January 24, 2011, our humana.com and humanadental.com Websites were updated to add an extra layer of security for our members' personal details.

Now, if you're an employer who wishes to view Employee ID Cards, Letters of Coverage, or Proof of Coverage, you must log in to Humana's secure Employer Web site. Once logged in, you should see new links on your Employer Home page – "View Member ID Card" and/or "View Dental Proof of Coverage." From there, you can check eligibility data and request ID cards.

If you don't see these new links when you log in, please contact your Primary Access Administrator (PAA).
