Flexibility in plan design

Humana pairs the PCA with a high-deductible plan, though not necessarily one that meets the IRS definition of a "High-Deductible Health Plan" (e.g. integrated medical and pharmacy deductible). We offer several plan designs, ranging from 100/70 coinsurance to 80/60.
