VCP Plan
The VCP plan has no hidden charges; the plan is designed to guarantee price consistencies for all members regardless of location. With fixed pricing, members will pay the same price for eyewear at any in-network provider location. Out-of-network benefits are also available.
Benefit overview:
- Eye exam – The plan provides a comprehensive eye health exam for a fixed copayment
- Frames – Members pay the wholesale price for frames – they never pay full retail
- Lens options – Members receive substantial savings on popular lens options, including anti-reflective and scratch-resistant coatings
- Contact lenses – An allowance is available for contacts lenses in lieu of eyeglass lenses
- Laser procedures – A 10% discount from participating independent laser centers. Lasik services performed by a designated TLC Center, LasikPlus, or Qualsight are available at fixed, discounted pricing
Exam Plus
The VCP Exam Plus plan offers an annual comprehensive eye examination for a $10 copayment, and discounts on frames and other services with in-network providers. This plan doesn't offer out-of-network benefits.
