Q. How often does Humana update the Drug List?
Many contracts and state regulations only allow Humana to make changes to the Drug List annually. However, we may make positive updates throughout the year. Changes to the Drug List may include:
- Level changes - Rx3 and Rx4 benefit designs only
- Clinical changes such as prior authorization and quantity limits
- Safety edits such as age, gender, and duplicate therapy edits
