Track your family's immunization history

Most schools, camps, and colleges require students to provide proof of immunizations, along with a medical history to refer to in case of an emergency. Talk to your doctor about the meningococcal vaccine.

  • Make sure your child has all the immunizations the college requires.
  • Create a health history folder for your children as well as for yourself and spouse — or set up an online version using MyHealth Record on MyHumana.

Don't know which immunizations your children should have or when they should receive them? Refer to the schedule of immunizations the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommend for children through 18 years of age. For more information, visit the CDC Website and click on "Vaccines & Immmunizations." The schedule of immunizations and additional information about vaccinations are also available on www.humana.com in the Health Encyclopedia on MyHumana.
