Q. How can I change my personal information?
Once you start your enrollment, the Contact Information page will display. You'll be directed through three steps/pages:
- Step One - If your employer allows, you can update your name, address, Social Security number, birth date, phone numbers and e-mail address
- Step Two - You can add or update dependent information
- Step Three - Communication Preferences - here you can choose how you would like Humana to communicate with you either by e-mail or paper
