Prior Authorization and Preauthorization
For some medications and medical services, your doctor or hospital needs to get advance approval before your HumanaOne plan will cover any of the costs.
To find out if a certain drug requires prior authorization, you can use Humana's Drug List Search

These documents are primarily for people who have Humana group insurance; HumanaOne plans may have different requirements. NCCN is an alliance of 19 cancer centers working together to develop treatment guidelines for most cancers and dedicated to research that improves the effectiveness of cancer care. By making you aware of the programs developed by NCCN and its member institutions, our goal is to help you make informed decisions about cancer treatment.
