Humana Medicare Advantage plans offer special programs and services to help you make informed healthcare decisions, including the HumanaFirst® Nurse Advice Line.

Health and wellness information when you need it

HumanaFirst is your information, guidance, and support line. You can call this number to:

  • Find out about a medical condition – For instance, if you're diagnosed with diabetes or cancer, we can guide you to available support – including Humana's clinical programs.
  • Talk with a nurse about a sudden health concern – For instance, if you've strained a muscle and don't know what to do, our nurses can help you decide if you can manage your care at home or need the attention of a medical professional.

This service isn't intended for emergencies. Use it when you need advice on a less-serious medical issue.

Call toll-free, 24 hours a day

This service is available to Humana Medicare Advantage plan members, and the call is toll-free. Nurses are available every day, around the clock.
