Value-added services are neither offered nor guaranteed under Humana’s contract with the Medicare program. Value-added services are not subject to the Medicare appeals process, but any disputes about them may be subject to the Humana grievance process.

*The SilverSneakers Steps program is not available with Humana’s prescription drug plans in California, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Washington, Washington, D.C., and West Virginia.
