Flexibility and choice
Humana offers three types of Medicare Advantage plans that give Medicare-eligible retired workers all the benefits of Original Medicare, plus additional features and benefits.
Plan types include Private-Fee-for-Service (PFFS), Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), and Preferred Provider Organization (PPO).
Humana Group Medicare PFFS
A plan where you can choose any medical provider who participates with Medicare and agrees to accept Humana's payment terms and conditions.
Humana Group Medicare HMO
With an HMO plan, you work one-on-one with a primary care physician. Out-of-pocket costs are lower than with other types of plans.
Humana Group Medicare PPO
You can obtain covered services from any provider you choose, but the plan covers a larger portion of costs when you use in-network providers.
