How the plan works

Humana Group Medicare PDP 101 is a basic plan where:

• You have a $265 deductible
  
  
• After you meet the deductible, the plan pays 75 percent, and you pay 25 percent, until total drug costs reach $2,400
  
  
• If your drug costs go above $2,400, you enter the "coverage gap" – where you pay 100 percent of drug costs until you spend a total out-of-pocket of $3,850 on covered drugs
  
  
• After that, the plan pays 95 percent, and you pay 5 percent, for the remainder of the plan year
