HumanaVision VCP members have access to one of the largest vision networks in the United States, with more than 22,500 participating optometrist and ophthalmologists - and everyone accepts new patients. Plus, members save on frames. They pay the wholesale price, avoiding high retail markups. And the cost of frames is the same at any provider location.

EyeMed

With a HumanaVision plan powered by EyeMed, members have access to an extensive network: 35,000 national providers at 20,000 locations, including optometrists, ophthalmologists, opticians and some of the most recognizable names in eye care: LensCrafters®, Pearle Vision®, Sears Optical, Target Optical, and JCPenney Optical. Many offer after-work and weekend appointments.

Discount Program

When your employer selects a Humana health benefits plan or HumanaDental plan, you receive the EyeMed vision discount program at no cost.

EyeMed offers discounts on eye exams, frames, lenses, and contacts received from providers in the EyeMed network. The network includes optometrists, ophthalmologists, opticians, and LensCrafters® stores at 28,000 locations.

The vision discount program is not an insurance product.
