Dental plan features and benefits
- You can choose any dentist, but you have lower out-of-pocket costs when you visit one of the more than 80,000 dentists in the PPO Network.
- Preventive care services, like oral exams, routine cleanings, and X-rays, are covered at 100 percent with no deductible or waiting period.
- Plan includes coverage for basic and major services, including fillings, extractions, endodontics, and periodontics. Waiting periods apply.
- You receive a discounted rate of up to 20 percent on orthodontia when you see an in-network dentist.
- Teeth whitening services and prescribed bleaching supplies are covered (not available in Florida).
