How the Plan Works

Humana PDP Enhanced offers broad coverage to help you manage your drug costs:

The plan has no annual deductible
You have predictable, set copayments for covered drugs until total drug costs paid by both you and the plan reach $2,400
If your drug costs go above $2,400, you enter the "coverage gap" – you pay 100 percent of drug costs until you spend a total out-of-pocket of $3,850 on covered drugs
After that, Humana pays 95 percent, and you pay 5 percent, for the remainder of the plan year
