How to Renew

It's easy to remain a Humana Medicare member!

For the past year, you've been a valued member of a Humana Medicare plan. We hope you've enjoyed the benefits your plan has to offer each time you've filled a prescription or visited a physician.

You don’t have to do a thing - because Humana will automatically renew your membership into the plan. You will receive a 2008 Coverage Details packet in the mail soon. We will also mail you a new ID card before January 1, 2008 - the start of the new plan year.

Coverage Details Packet

This packet includes your 2008 Coverage Details which explains changes to your plan for 2008 and answers common questions such as:

  • What is your monthly premium? Look in the Summary of Benefits

  • What prescription drugs are covered? Check out the Prescription Drug Guide

Extra Services

You'll also find new information about extra services Humana provides at no additional cost:

  • Humana Active OutlookSM life-enrichment program

  • RightSourceSM mail-order prescription service (if your plan includes prescription benefits)

  • SmartSummary RxSM monthly report of your prescription benefits and expenses (if your plan includes prescription benefits)

These services and programs will give you helpful tips for healthy living, Medicare news and updates, and valuable discounts and coupons from major companies.
