Provider Resource Center

The Humana.com Provider Self-Service Center gives provider offices access to their patients’ information 24 hours a day and seven days a week, via the secure section of our website. (Except between the hours of midnight and 6 a.m. Eastern time on Monday mornings, when regularly scheduled maintenance is performed. Health care providers in California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas, Virginia and Wisconsin should access information on their Humana members at Availity. Access to Availity allows health care providers to:

  • Check eligibility, claim, and referral/authorization status
  • View benefits and deductible amounts due
  • Submit referrals and authorizations
  • View claim remittances and download 835 ERA files
  • Submit claims and much more
