Support and education program for members with end-stage renal disease (ESRD)

A prenatal education and case-management program for pregnant members
HumanaFirst

HumanaFirst

A 24-hour nurse triage service that helps members select an appropriate level of care and guides them to Health Resources.
Meals on Wheels

Meals on Wheels

In certain markets, Humana has teamed with the Meals On Wheels Association of America Foundation (MOWAAF) to provide 10 free precooked frozen meals to members following their discharge from a hospital or skilled nursing facility.
