Humana Group Medicare PFFS Plan
Members can choose any medical provider who participates with Medicare and agrees to accept Humana's payment terms and conditions.
Humana Group Medicare HMO Plan
HMO plans help members control costs by utilizing a primary care physician who coordinates care through other in-network providers. Members can choose from a range of premiums and plan designs.
Humana Group Medicare PPO Plan
Members can obtain covered services from any provider they choose, but the plan covers a larger portion of costs when they use in-network providers.
