1. Select the Provider Group from the drop-down list
2. Select from the options of performing a New Inquiry/Inquiries (to perform a new claims search) or View Saved Inquiries (to review claims inquiries that have been added to the Saved Claims Listing).

Once View Saved Inquiries is chosen, you can view the Saved List associated with your AKA Name or provider group (both options are prepopulated in the drop-down list).

1. To view claim inquiries initiated by you, select AKA Name
2. To view claim inquiries initiated by the provider group you are affiliated with, choose provider group; claim inquiries initiated by all users affiliated with the provider group will display.
3. Click on the Continue button once the search criteria are determined.
