Secured messaging is predominately a one-way
communication between Humana and you and/or your provider organization.
This is Humana's preferred method for transmitting communications
to provider organizations containing Personal Health Information
(PHI).
You can respond to a message sent by a Humana associate, but you
cannot compose an initial secured message.
- To make a Message Box selection, choose one
of the entity options from the drop-down menu:
- Individual user (a provider)
- Provider Organization (a provider group)
