Provider Unsecured Home
If you reached this page from the Provider Self-Service Center, this page will be in a separate window that will allow you to view any section of the unsecure Provider Resource Center without logging you out of the secure area.
  1. Click on the X in the upper right corner of the window to close it.
  2. To log into the Provider Self-Service Center, enter your User ID and Password.
  3. Click Go.
