Welcome to the tutorial for the provider area of Humana.com. This is a self-guided tour of the online
tools available on Humana’s secure provider area.
You will be able to preview all of the transactions available on the live site without any special security
registration. This tutorial is interactive, enabling you to enter information into the various data fields
throughout the site and view responses. This tutorial includes instructional text to walk you through all
of the transactions.
Since this is for demonstration only, you can test the various functions without worrying about entering
the wrong information or making mistakes.
Please note the following:
- The tutorial is best viewed at a screen resolution setting of 965x600
- All responses contain fictitious information. Information entered in the data fields will not be
displayed on returned Web responses
- Navigational links are located at the top or left side of the Web screens to assist you in
moving between screens
- Most of the links, buttons and drop-down selections are functional, allowing you to imitate how
these features function on the live site
- To move between data entry fields, use your mouse as opposed to your "tab" key
- Refer to the instructional text to the right of each screen to guide you through each
of the functions
