Medical Automated Information Line (Med AIL) - The Medical Automated Information Line (Med AIL) provides automated information on claims, benefits, eligibility, as well as automated inpatient admission and non-HMO outpatient precertifications 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Automated Precertifications IVR - The automated precertification interactive voice response (IVR) system was recently integrated with the Medical Automated Information Line (MED AIL) to give you several options within one call.

This combined automated telephone system enables you to initiate precertification authorization requests, as well as check on the status of precertifications, claims or referrals and verify a member's eligibility and benefits.
