Settlement Notice - Humana published this notice in several major newspapers following the October 17, 2005, settlement of its nationwide class action case in Miami to advise physicians of their rights under the settlement agreement.

Additional Settlement Notice  - This notice pertains to healthcare providers other than physicians. It advises these providers of their rights under the class action filing.
