Summer of Infusion
A summer internship through Infusion is your chance to give us a three-month test drive, and prove you are the high caliber talent we need to differentiate ourselves in the marketplace. Most interns are based in Louisville, and all are provided with free, furnished housing. Interns who exceed our expectations will be offered a full-time position following graduation.
If you are selected to join Infusion as a full-time associate, you'll be placed in a role that offers you a high degree of challenge, as well as exposure to various segments of the business. From that point forward, your growth is based on your success. During your first two years with Humana, the Infusion Program will provide you with the tools and the professional network to get you heading in the right direction for a bright future at Humana.

Who We're Looking For
Ideal candidates for Infusion typically share the following characteristics:
- A bachelor's degree from a top school and a record of leadership and academic success
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills
