  1. Sign up at the Humana booth at any of the PGA Tour tournaments and other events listed below.
  2. Receive a free pedometer.
  3. Wear your pedometer each day of the tournament.
  4. Return to the booth to record your steps no later than 5 p.m. each day.
  5. At the end of the tournament, we'll announce top steppers.
