Q. I can't remember my MyHumana password. How do I retrieve it?
For security reasons you can't retrieve your MyHumana password, but it's easy to reset it online. Just click on the Forgot ID/Password link in any of the login boxes on the site or access it from here.
- Visit Forgot User ID/Password
- Choose "Humana Member" as your user type
- Enter your User ID*
- Select a password reset option. You may have up to three options depending on the information we have on file for you - e-mail, mobile phone, or security question.
- Follow the prompts based on the password reset option you selected
Note: Your member ID is located on your Humana ID card and may also be called your Subscriber ID, Sub ID, ID, or ID #.

Note: If the e-mail and mobile phone options are not available to you in Forgot User ID/Password, you can provide this information in the My Profile section of MyHumana once you log in so it will be available in the future.
