Humana Inc. invites qualified businesses to contact us. If you are interested in doing business with Humana, please follow these steps:
- Determine if Humana Inc. can utilize the product and/or service you offer.

- Complete and submit the attached Supplier Registration form in its entirety.
- Update your supplier registration information at least annually or as often as your company’s status changes. The information on your business will be entered and confidentially maintained in our database.
Note: If it is determined that there is a match between your products and services and our needs, we will contact you. Inclusion in our database is not a guarantee that your company will be awarded contracts with Humana Inc. |
