Know Your Health

Get started with HumanaVitality by completing one of the most user-friendly and engaging health assessments that evaluates health status and shows where and how to make lifestyle improvements. Then, receive your Vitality Age™ , a proprietary measure to help see immediately how lifestyle impacts health. From there, HumanaVitality creates a personalized program — a Personal Pathway™ — and recommends goals and activities to help you achieve optimal health.

Engage in Your Health

From your Personal Pathway, set goals and engage in highly personalized activities. Goals can be things like:

  • Reaching or maintaining a healthy weight
  • Exercising regularly
  • Learning about medical conditions or concerns
  • Making smart lifestyle choices such as staying or becoming tobacco-free

HumanaVitality provides over 30 activities that are verified to ensure high standards of accountability and that real change is occurring. Sample activities include:

  • Annual preventive care screenings
  • Biometric assessments
  • Daily workouts
  • Improving health metrics like lowering cholesterol
