Joe serves as the Chief Operating Officer for HumanaVitality, responsible for leading Wellness Product Innovation, Partner Network Development, and Marketing and Consumer Experience. During his 16-year tenure at Humana, Joe has held numerous leadership positions in network development, national account sales, and sales strategy development.
Teri Looney, Chief Operations Officer
Teresa [Teri] Chief of Operations for HumanaVitality, has been with Humana for 10 years. She most recently served as the Director of Business Development in Humana’s Europe operation, formerly based in London, where she lead the business's response to large procurements with the National Health Service, created partnerships with public & commercial entities, and directed the relationship with the largest Humana customer. Teri has had leadership roles in Large Group Commercial Sales for account management and as regional sales; acted as an integration leader in Market & Business Operations, and has worked HR as an organizational development consultant. Teri has a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from St. Catherine University in St. Paul, MN.
Paul Esselman, Chief Financial Officer
Paul has been with Humana since 1985, serving in instrumental Finance roles from internal audit to several Humana business segments, including Humana Military Healthcare Services, HumanaOne and Humana Financial Protection Products.
Chris Crook, Chief, Information Technology
Chris has 24 years of technology experience in the healthcare industry. Over his 12 year tenure with Humana, Chris led applications development teams in the areas of provider affairs (contracts, claims payment, credentialing), healthcare spending accounts, specialty benefits, commercial sales, and product development. Chris also led the technical teams in the Humana Inc. acquisitions of Ochsner Health Plan and KMG (Kanawha).
Stuart Slutzky, Chief, Product Innovation and Network
Stuart serves on Vitality's international product development team. He is a driving force in HumanaVitality's efforts to innovate and communicate its cutting edge wellness program. Stuart previously served as Senior Vice President of Product Development for The Vitality Group and its predecessor Destiny Health.
Aaron Kessinger, Sales Practice Leader
Aaron is responsible for defining the sales and distribution strategy within HumanaVitality, and aligning Sales and Account Management to support these new wellness initiatives. Aaron has been with Humana for over eight years managing large national accounts and sales.
Jennifer Moeller, Chief, Marketing, Social Media and Communications
Jennifer leads Marketing efforts for HumanaVitality, including Marketing strategy and implementation. She previously served as Director, Regional Marketing, responsible for marketing strategy, implementation, and measurement for all of Humana's U.S. markets. She brings more than 19 years of experience in marketing, public relations, digital communications, and promotions.
Erik Eaker, Chief, Consumer Experience
Erik ensures that HumanaVitality's end-to-end consumer experience is personal, compelling, intuitive, and drives the behavior change we seek from HumanaVitality members. Over the past 15 years, Erik has led various strategic, product development and business development initiatives in the health payer sectors of the US, Europe, Middle East and Asia.
