"Search Careers" and when you see a job that’s a good fit , click “Apply” to start your application and upload your resume. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your application is submitted.  It should only take 30 minutes or less to apply. If prescreen questions are required, it may take up to an hour.

Phone Interview

Hiring Manager Interview

The hiring manager and interview team carefully consider your skills and experience to determine the final candidates for the position.  If you are selected as one of the top candidates, you will be contacted via e-mail or phone to schedule an interview with the hiring manager and interview team. 

Offer

If you’ve successfully completed the interview process and are identified as the candidate we would like to hire, you will receive an offer from our Talent Acquisition team.

Onboarding

If you chose to join our Humana team, you will receive a welcome call or e-mail to begin the onboarding process.
