    We’re continuously working to remove barriers to health, including addressing social needs by screening 1.24 million members and patients and connecting them to resources and benefits like our Healthy Options allowance, which covers expenses like healthy groceries, housing and other needs.

    Our annual Value-based Care Report details our approach to help our Medicare Advantage (MA) members achieve their best health. Humana members who seek care from physicians in value-based agreements receive more care and experience better health outcomes than other Medicare members.

    senior primary care centers across 11 states

    We’re expanding our healthcare service capabilities to better serve our members, especially those in underserved areas. That includes growing our presence in 2022 to 235 senior primary care centers. Our CenterWell Senior Primary Care™ physicians spend more time with each patient, improving their lives and wellbeing. Our in-home health care helps patients recover in a familiar setting, while CenterWell Pharmacy™ helps our members manage their medications. Our Humana Neighborhood Centers offer daily classes in-person and online to help seniors improve their mental, emotional, social, and physical health.

    Medicare Advantage plans deliver value and affordability to seniors with its robust benefits and cap on out-of-pocket costs. Our whole-person approach means easier and more equitable access to healthcare. It’s why Humana was selected as the 2023 Best Overall Medicare Advantage Plan Company and is a national Medicare plan provider recommended by Veterans Services Organizations. We are also committed to creating solutions for our Medicaid members that lead to a better quality of life through Humana Healthy Horizons™.
