HumanaVitality — a wellness rewards program
HumanaVitality® inspires its members to make healthy changes and reach personal goals. This wellness and rewards program may help your clients realize improved well-being and lower healthcare costs.
It starts with employees taking a Health Assessment that focuses on their daily routines. Once completed, they'll know their Vitality Age™ which tells if they are living younger or older than their actual age.
Each employee will have a program designed just for them and their wellness improved health, and they’ll earn Vitality Points for certain activities they do to reach their goals.
Once employees start earning Vitality Bucks, they’ll be able to turn them into great rewards at the HumanaVitality Mall. Movie tickets, hotel stays, digital cameras, and more are available as a reward to employees for making healthy choices.
*For a listing of all qualifying Great For You items, visit the Vitality HealthyFood page after signing into HumanaVitality.com, check Walmart.com, or call the number on the back of your member ID card. Vitality HealthyFood is only available at Walmart Neighborhood Markets and Walmart retail stores. Sam's Club stores and Walmart.com are excluded from earning Vitality HealthyFood savings.
†HumanaVitality members must have Bronze Vitality Status or higher and must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible to participate in Vitality HealthyFood. Vitality HealthyFood is not available to all HumanaVitality members and is only available with certain plans or products offered by Humana.
